A Heartfelt Thank You to Dr. Satya Prasad Balki & Team at True Vision Eye Hospital

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Satya Prasad Balki and his entire team at True Vision Eye Hospital for the exceptional care and attention I received during my recent cataract surgery with lens implantation.

Before visiting Dr. Balki, we had consulted a leading and reputed chain of eye hospitals in Hyderabad. Unfortunately, that experience left us anxious and unsettled. The doctors and staff there seemed more focused on convincing us to go ahead quickly rather than truly understanding our case or addressing our concerns. We were even advised the wrong type of lens and were cautioned—rather unnecessarily—about possible retina complications.

Thankfully, we decided to go back to Dr. Balki, who had successfully operated on my other eye a few years ago. Although his hospital is quite far from where we live, it was completely worth the effort. The moment we met him, we knew we were in the right hands again.

Dr. Balki personally conducted all the required tests, reviewed every detail himself, and patiently explained every step of the process. His calm assurance, gentle smile, and ability to explain complex things so clearly took away all our fears. He confidently recommended a multifocal lens suited to my case and reassured us that my vision would be restored almost completely.

True Vision Eye Hospital truly lives up to its name — it is spotless, well-equipped with the latest robotic-guided technology, and staffed by warm, courteous professionals who treat patients with dignity and care.

The surgery itself was smooth, painless, and completed without any delay or anxiety. The post-operative care too was excellent — systematic, precise, and caring. Today, I have regained my vision fully and am able to go about my day with complete comfort and confidence.

More than the technology or infrastructure, what truly makes the difference is the doctor himself — his expertise, his gentle approach, and his reassuring presence. Dr. Balki is not just a skilled surgeon but a kind human being — and yes, I must add, a very handsome one too! 😊

I wanted both my elderly parents to undergo cataract surgery, so I did a lot of research and finally chose TrueVision Eye Clinic. To my pleasant surprise, it turned out to be one of the best decisions.

Dr. Satya is an excellent doctor — a very good listener, calm, and extremely patient. He personally guided us through every step, from the initial consultation to the surgery and even post-surgery care. The entire process was smooth, organized, and completely hassle-free.

Appointments were always on time, with no unnecessary waiting. What stood out most was that Dr. Satya is not only highly skilled but also very reasonably priced compared to the big eye clinics in Hyderabad.

I’m truly grateful for the care and attention my parents received, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for quality and trustworthy eye care.
